'This is the second time I have stayed at the Intercontinental Adelaide. In both cases I have found the rooms comfortable and well-equipped. The staff are very good and I love the lobby and central atrium. On this occasion I am on the 20th floor (I requested a high floor and view and got the high floor) and although it isn't a club room it seems to have been refurbished recently. There is a large bath and the desk is nicely located at the window. My only complaint was regarding contacting the hotel in the lead-up to my stay. I used the email link on the website to make this contact and received no reply. 24 hours later I tried again using an 'important' flag then got a response. I replied to this to ask for a restaurant reservation and again received no reply - but found on my arrival that the reservation had been made.'
