Sake (nihonshu) is a Japense traditional fermented alcohol called rice wine.
*(N) - Nihonshudo (Sweet & dry parameter)
The higher the number, the dryer the taste goes. The lower the number, the sweeter the taste goes. (+3 is almost in a middle of sweet & dry)

Kizakura Yamahijkomi (Kyoto) (N) -1 (Warm flask)
Mellow and distinct body flavour. Good to be consumed both cold or warm.
Well matched with any Japanese dish.

Tateyama Ginrei Futsushu (Toyama) (N) +6.5
Smooth, light and dry sake. Good to be consumed both cold or warm.
Perfect match with sushi, sashimi & tempura.

Suishin Junmai Komeno Kiwami (Hiroshima) (N) +4
Well balanced semi dry flavour with long lasting finish. Good to be consumed both cold or warm.

Light, smooth & dry classic Niigata style sake. Good to be consumed cold.

Top grade premium sake from Ishikawa. Fragrance is very elegant and flavour is clean, smooth and semi dry.
Good to be consumed cold. Perfect match with sushi & sashimi.

Ranman Ginjo Reiryo (Akita) (N) +1
Smooth & dry premium sake from Akita.
A light & delicate flavour with a couple of layers of sweetness & richness finishing long dry tail.
