Banksia Room: The Banksia Room features floor to ceiling windows and a private outside terrace area. Watch the room come to life as we theme it to your requirements.

Blake’s: Our rustic wine bar is sure to impress your guests and provides ambience for a memorable dinner with your closest family and friends.

Grevillea Room: The Grevillea Room provides the perfect setting for a private and intimate affair. Banquet Style: up to 60 guests.

Drawing heavily on local flavours and produce, the menu at InterContinental Adelaide is modern Australian inspired by ingredients and styles from around the world, using premium South Australian produce.
Executive Chef Tony Hart has created InterContinental Adelaide’s individual culinary identity and will ensure a dining experience long remembered by your guests.
