Available every Saturday and Sunday, with two seating options at 1pm and 2pm, this is your chance to indulge in the freshest seasonal produce that Adelaide has to offer. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply treating yourself, this high tea is an unforgettable culinary experience.
A Savoury Selection to Start
Our Spring High Tea begins with a selection of exquisite savoury treats, designed to highlight the best flavours of the season. Enjoy the Asparagus, Prosciutto di San Daniele DOP, Hazelnut and Ricotta Tart—a rich combination of fresh spring asparagus and premium prosciutto, elevated by creamy ricotta and a touch of hazelnut. Next, try the Smoked Salmon and Cucumber Sandwich with dill cream cheese, served on wholesome multigrain bread and topped with micro herbs for an extra burst of freshness.
For a Mediterranean touch, enjoy the Caponata and Stracciatella Bruschetta. This flavour-packed bruschetta features sweet and tangy caponata, a drizzle of Vincotto, and creamy stracciatella cheese, all finished with micro basil.
