The voucher dollar value can be used towards booking accommodation or dining in Riverside Restaurant, Shiki or The Atrium Lounge. The recipient will be required to pay the difference between the voucher value and the current rate for the room type chosen at the time of booking. Please review our rates before purchasing a dollar value voucher, to ensure that the amount that you give and the amount that the recipient will need to pay themselves will be suitable for their personal budget.
Terms & Conditions
Accommodation and restaurant bookings are subject to availability. The voucher is non-transferable and non-refundable. Valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Vouchers are valid for use 72 hours after purchase until the expiration date. If the voucher is applied within 72 hours of purchase, it may not be valid. All credit card transactions will incur a 1.9% merchant service fee. High Tea bookings require bookings to be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Important note: Gift vouchers can either be sent by post, or as a digital voucher email. You can either have the voucher emailed/posted directly to yourself, or to the recipient. To have the voucher emailed to your recipient directly, simply add their email address in the 'Recipient Email (optional)' field after making your selection, and you will both be emailed a copy of the voucher.
