Terms and Conditions:

Meet With Purpose (the ‘Promotion’) is a limited time offer which is available at participating IHG® hotels in Australia, New Zealand & the South Pacific. The Promotion is available to global meeting and event planners and applies to selected group, meeting and event bookings have a minimum value of USD $5,000 or more. To qualify for the Promotion, the group, meeting or event booking must be booked with a mutually signed contract between 26 February 2024 and 31 August 2024, and bookings must be consumed by 31 January 2025. Bookings must be made through IHG direct channels including: IHG hotels in the Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific, IHG.com, IHG.com/meetings, IHG Groups Centre (ihg.com > meetings), IHG Meetings Centre (for IHG Sales managed accounts only), Cvent.com, and VenueDirectory.com. Check at time of enquiry if a hotel is participating in this Promotion. Promotion is available for new bookings and existing groups, meeting and event enquiries (which are currently being negotiated) which are booked between 26 February 2024 and and 31 August 2024 and consumed by 31 January 2025. An event contract must be signed with a participating hotel on or before and 31 August 2024 for the terms of this Promotion to be valid and details of this Promotion must be included in the contract. The Promotion is not valid if a group, meeting or event is cancelled or rescheduled to a date after 30 September 2024. Promotion is not available for repeat bookings and does not apply to groups, meetings or events bookings which are contracted prior to 26 February 2024 or which are made in conjunction with another promotional offer. Promotion is subject to availability, exclusions and black-out dates may apply and all bookings are subject to terms included in the hotel contract. There are two components to the Meet for a Reason Promotion as follows: Component one: 5% off accommodation & catering bill Rebate includes 5% off the accommodation and catering bill, at the discretion of the hotel, for consumed guest rooms, non-labor, food and beverage and catering, and meeting room rental charges. Rebate excludes third party charges such as outsourced or contracted audio visual, florists or décor third party vendors. All other charges on the master account folio must be paid in full, and do not qualify for the discount. Food & beverage minimums may apply. Component two: Donation of meals to IHG Charity Partners For every USD $5,000 of confirmed and consumed revenue from bookings made at Australian & South Pacific properties under this Promotion from 26 February 2024 and and 31 August 2024, IHG will donate USD $25 (the equivalent of 50 meals) to OzHarvest. For every USD $5,000 of confirmed and consumed revenue from bookings made at New Zealand properties under this Promotion from 26 February 2024 and and 31 August 2024, IHG will donate USD $25 (the equivalent of 50 meals) to KiwiHarvest. Confirmed and consumed revenue includes master account accommodation for consumed guest rooms, non-labor, food and beverage and catering and meeting room rental charges but excludes any other charges on the master account and third party charges such as outsourced or contracted audio visual, florists or décor third party vendors.
