Join Shiki for a seven-course dinner with six perfectly paired wines from Hentley Farm.
Embark on a culinary journey and indulge in a menu that has been crafted with mastery by Chef de Cuisine, Kenny Trinh. Celebrate award-winning authentic Japanese cuisine with wine’s from one of Australia’s most admired winemakers. Indulge in Sashimi selections of Atlantic salmon, Yellowfin tuna and South Australian kingfish. Then relish in beef tenderloin, lobster tail with herb-infused butter and fried udon noodles with Clare Valley chicken.
The six coordinating wines will be presented by Alice Cleghorn, Hentley Farm’s very own ambassador, and founder Keith Hentschke.
Complete your evening with a ruby chocolate dome with velvet chocolate mousse, and relax with a selection of tea and coffee.
